Return & Refund Policy

All prints in this shop are made to order. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your print arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Send an email to maluhendrikszen@gmail.com with:

• your order number

• a short description of the issue

• clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging

I’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

If your package seems lost in transit, please email me so I can look into it. Depending on the shipping provider’s status, I may be able to request a reprint.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have gone into production. Since prints are made on demand, production typically begins within a few hours after purchase.
