Shipping Policy

All prints in this shop are made to order and shipped directly from my production partner. This helps reduce waste and allows each print to be freshly produced just for you. Orders are printed on demand and shipped worldwide from the closest production partner.

Processing Time

Orders are usually printed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
During busy seasons (holidays, sales), it may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your print.
You’ll see the exact amount before you complete your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows:

• Europe: 3–10 business days

• United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or handling charges, depending on your country.
These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. Once your print ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link (if available for your country).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems delayed, please email me at maluhendrikszen@gmail.com with your order number.
I’ll help check the status and contact the printer if needed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, a reshipment cost may apply.
